The Cincinnati branch of the NAACP called on the City of Cincinnati Wednesday to impose a moratorium on gatherings, rallies, or protests by hate groups. The Cincinnati branch posted the resolution on Facebook in the wake of the fallout from Saturday’s violence in Charlottesville.
